Description
VINIFICATION: This wine is 30 barrel fermented and 30% is barrel matured for 9 months. The wine is handcrafted and blended according to the vintage.

TASTING NOTE: The Following is a white blend consisting of Viognier, Semillon and Sauvignon blanc. The floral notes and fresh peach and apricot flavours of the Viognier are complemented by the grassy notes of the Semillon and Sauvignon blanc. A Portion of the wine was matured in French oak, which shows well integrated sweet spices on the nose and contributes to the full mouth feel of the wine.
FOOD: This wine is ideal for light curries, lamb shanks, rich pasta dishes and smoked salmon and chicken.
