Description
VINIFICATION: The grapes are picked by hand and undergo further sorting at the cellar. Fermentation takes place in 15 000-litre stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for nine months in small French oak barrels.

DESCRIPTION: A medium-bodied wine designed to emphasise rich, plum fruit complemented by gentle tannins acquired through judicious wooding.
FOOD: This wine pairs well with meat dishes such as game (venison), beef stew, roast lamb, duck (particularly with a fruity sauce), as well as rich fish such as tuna and salmon.
